Life Pro Tip #1: Always be learning!
Today someone posted on my neighborhood Listserv (yes we still have a Listserv - the median age in my neighborhood is like 65) that if he sees any outdoor cats in his yard, he will be kidnapping (catnapping?) them and taking them to Animal Control.
“Rob B” wrote angrily:
I will be sending your cats to Animal Control when I see them.
Please keep your cat indoors if you don’t want this consequence.
This thread is intended as a warning to cat owners who let their cats impose upon their neighbors. We wouldn’t tolerate it from a pit bull, so why would we tolerate it from your cat?
I won’t be suffering the imposition, and nobody else needs to, either. With that, I’ve said all I have to say on the matter.
This was just too good to pass up, so in my neighbor Rob G’s honor, I spent the morning learning how to make gifs, which I pronounce with a hard G. “Jif” reminds me of the peanut butter brand.
